Brighton Road Baptist Church (BRBC), Horsham has a range of sound and visual equipment available for use during services in the Sanctuary. There are two large 2.5m white screens either side of the platform on which song words and images can be projected.

There is a guideline document for anyone involved in the preparation of services at BRBC which is available as a download here AV Guidelines. Please read this document and email an order of service and any supporting material to the AV team by 18:00 on the Wednesday before the service. Email address is within the guideline.

In addition a plasma screen is hung in front of the balcony for viewing from the platform.

Images and words can be displayed on any or all of these screens

Words and images are projected using MediaShout 3.5 software and in addition PowerPoint 2007 is available. DVD's that are allowed to be played in public places of worship can be shown and CD's can be played.

PowerPoint material can be controlled using a remote wireless device which is available from the AV desk.
The larger button advances the slide display, the smaller one returns to the previous slide and the third button, with the star on it, is a laser pointer although this doesn't show up very well on the screens because of the brightness of the image
This is a wireless device so does not need to be pointed at the projectors or plasma screen and could be held discreetly in the palm of one's hand to operate when needed.

As well as fixed microphones on the pulpit and lectern, hand held and tie clip microphones are available from the person on the sound desk who will provide instructions in their use.
