The Library

About the Library
The library was set up at Brighton Road Baptist Church in December, 2010 with the aim of providing Christian books on a variety of topics free of charge to members of the church. The public library system has a rather limited supply of Christian literature and it can be expensive for individuals to build up a good collection of books at home. The objective of the BRBC library is to remedy this situation by providing copies of both Christian classics and newer titles in an easily accessible way. The initial collection has been sourced mainly from donations of used books with the addition of some newly purchased titles. As the library develops it is intended that recently published books will be added on a regular basis.

While the library is available principally to members of the fellowship, regular users of the church premises are also welcome to borrow books.

The library is situated opposite Reception and next to the Welcome Point.

How to Borrow

  1. Please borrow no more than two books at a time.
  2. Enter the details of your books into the Loans' Book, located next to the bookcase, together with your name and contact information.
  3. Please keep your books for no more than one month!
  4. Place returned books in the Returns' Basket next to the bookcase.
